RENTAL INCLUDES

Ironstone dishware, silverware, glassware, unique serving pieces, tea cups, wine and champagne glasses, carafes, pitchers, cake plates, compotes, drink dispensers with stands, parfait glasses, platters, wine buckets, vintage enamel tubs and buckets. (see our on line photo gallery)

Kitchen facilities

Stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, Mr. Coffee, Keurig coffeemaker.  No dishwasher.

FOOD & DRINKS

Bring your own.  Caterer suggestions available upon request.

Additional rental provisions

Trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, hand towels.

BOOKING INFORMATION

Each day allows for two events – a morning event and an evening event.

If the date and time you are looking to reserved is marked “AM booked” or “PM booked,” it is NO LONGER AVAILABLE and has been reserved by another party.

Blank dates/times on the calendar are the dates/times currently available.

However, the calendar is subject to change as current reservations are being made.

Maximum occupancy

30 guests (FIRM) inside the house, and up to 45 if the outdoor space is utilized
(weather permitting).

Damage/clean up deposit

A check is collected from renter the day of event. It is held until after the event. It will be returned to renter or destroyed as long as the policies of the house are followed.

 

Parking

A public parking lot is located next to The Vintage House for ample parking.

Payment

Due in FULL upon making your reservation.

availability

WEEKEND HOURS

Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays – 9am to 2pm and 3pm to 8pm. These (5) hour blocks allow time for setting up and cleaning up before and after event.

DURING THE WEEK

Mondays through Thursday – the (5) hour block of time is determined by renter, as long as the block of time goes no later than 10pm.
