Additional rental provisions
Each day allows for two events – a morning event and an evening event.
If the date and time you are looking to reserved is marked “AM booked” or “PM booked,” it is NO LONGER AVAILABLE and has been reserved by another party.
Blank dates/times on the calendar are the dates/times currently available.
However, the calendar is subject to change as current reservations are being made.

30 guests (FIRM) inside the house, and up to 45 if the outdoor space is utilized
Damage/clean up deposit
A check is collected from renter the day of event. It is held until after the event. It will be returned to renter or destroyed as long as the policies of the house are followed.
