Wedding Rental Details

Event Size

The Vintage House is the perfect venue for hosting intimate weddings of up to 20 people inside the house, or 45 people if the flagstone garden patio area is used (weather permitting). The patio is fully furnished with a very romantic, shabby chic styled decor. Based upon the number of guests to be in attendance, we will set up the necessary seating and work with you to create the perfect setting for your special day.

Rental Fee

The cost to rent The Vintage House is $995.00 for a 5 hour block of time, which includes time for setting up and for cleaning up before and after your event. This also includes an event coordinator on premise during your entire event.

The available blocks of time to reserve on Saturday’s and Sunday’s are 9am to 2pm and 3pm to 8pm.
Alternate times can be made available based upon availability and may be subject to additional cost. If you choose to have your wedding on a Friday evening, the 5 hour block of time is determined by you, as long as the block of time goes no later than 10pm.

Full payment for the rental is expected upon your reservation. A separate damage/clean up deposit check in the amount of $200.00 is required the day of your event. This check is held until after your event and is returned as long as the policies of the house are followed.

Our rental fee is inclusive of all of the details you will need to host a memorable event. You will have access to our eclectic assortment of dishware, silverware, glassware, unique serving pieces, beautiful d├ęcor and additional wedding day props which will create a charming experience second to none.

Food & Drinks

You are able to bring in your own food and drinks. Your celebration at The Vintage House will be a special, comfortable, unforgettable experience for you and your guests.

Listed below are additional options for your consideration that can be added for additional fees as shown:
A wedding officiant – $200.00
Linens for tables – $12.00 each
Assistance with Clean Up – $125.00
“Snapshot” Photography – $175.00

Rehearsal Dinners and Bridal Showers

Our space is also a perfect location for a rehearsal dinner for the fee of $495.00.

Also, a bridal shower, a bridal luncheon, and wedding day prep can be held at our location for $250.00 for a 5 hour block of time.
